Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) will host its Lockdown pay-per-view at the Credit Union 1 Arena in Chicago on August 23.
Chicago native Elayna Black has promised to be on the card for the show in which every match will take place in a steel cage. Black told PK Press Club Digital that she enjoys participating in these types of matches.

“I’ll definitely be on that card,” Black said. “One way or another, we’ll get there. I’m definitely not going to let TNA be in Chicago, my hometown, my city, and not be on the show. So, we’ll definitely get there. But I’m very excited. Every match on this show will be a steel cage match.
“If you’ve been a fan of mine for a while, you know it’s my cup of tea. I love it. I grew up being a fan of hardcore wrestling. Jon Moxley was one of my favorite wrestlers. I love doing hardcore matches. I did a death match right before I signed. I did the WarGames match. That’s my cup of tea. I love that stuff.”

Black also targeted Knockouts Champion Xia Brookside.
She made it clear that Brookside needed to monitor her as the days grew closer to lockdown. Brookside won the championship from Lei Ying Lee at Slammiversary.
“So, No. 1, steel cage match. No. 2 in Chicago. And No. 3, Xia Brookside has a target on his back,” Black told PK Press Club Digital. “That’s all I’m going to say. So, we’ll see. I have a little extra extra motivation being on this show. If I have my friends and family there, I’ll have a little more oomph in me that day.
