Reality TV personality Tom Sandoval had his girlfriend Victoria Robinson arrested following a violent domestic dispute that forced him to leave his own property.
The 42 year old man Vanderpump Rules The star filed a formal request for a domestic violence restraining order against Robinson on Thursday, June 25, just weeks after the dramatic late-night altercation.
In court documents, Sandoval claims to have been subjected to severe physical and verbal abuse by his partner, whom he has been dating since early 2024.
The tipping point in the relationship occurred during a June 3 party, when an argument reportedly turned physical.
According to the court filing, Robinson punched Sandoval in the face with such immense force that it left him with lasting physical pain and caused his vision to become blurry.
The impact also reportedly caused injuries to his ear and neck.
Robinson was later arrested by police on charges of battery by an intimate partner with physical violence, although she was released on bail later that day.
The chaotic incident reportedly got even worse when Robinson’s father, J. Will Robinson, also got involved.
Sandoval claimed the father lunged at him while he was sober and punched a large hole directly in his bedroom door, prompting the reality star to also file a separate domestic violence restraining order against him.
In his emotional statement, Sandoval expressed deep concern for his safety and well-being, explaining that his partner and father have continued to live in the rental property he is currently paying for.
He stressed that he had been completely displaced from his home and simply could no longer tolerate the abuse, saying his continued efforts to keep the peace had only been met with further hostile behavior.
Sandoval further alleged that the physical abuse was part of a larger, long-standing pattern of toxic and controlling behavior throughout their relationship.
He claimed Robinson previously punched his neck, punched him in the face and threw a full bottle of Gatorade at him, while subjecting him to frequent verbal assaults.
According to the filing, she repeatedly insulted and humiliated him by calling him an idiot, an idiot and a fucking loser, while telling him that she could be so much better and that the only reason people loved him was because of her.
Beyond the physical and verbal altercations, the TV star accused his girlfriend of invading his privacy and trying to manipulate his public image.
Sandoval claimed that Robinson regularly accessed her personal phone to change her social media passwords without her knowledge, track her movements using an AirTag, and spread falsehoods about her online.
He also alleged that she deliberately entered his device to erase evidence of his abuse.
Hoping to officially regain access to and control of his home, vehicle and personal belongings, Sandoval is now awaiting a formal court hearing on the restraining order, which a judge has officially scheduled for July 16.
