Taylor Swift’s net worth has reached $2 billion.
According to Forbes, she is the world’s richest musician and has doubled the fortune she had when she became a billionaire just two years ago.
The number appears in Forbes’ The Iconoclast 50 list, released June 3, represents a remarkable accumulation of wealth due in large part to its record Tour of the eraswhich ran from 2023 to 2025, and the commercial success of its re-recorded albums.
Swift, 36, also released two new studio albums during this period, The Department of Tortured Poets in 2024 and The life of a showgirl in 2025, and last year bought back the rights to its first six albums, a move that significantly boosted the value of its catalog.
According to Forbeshis $2 billion fortune consists of approximately $800 million from royalties and touring, an estimated $600 million music catalog, and $110 million in real estate.
The milestone solidifies her position as the world’s richest musician, a title she won in October 2024 when her net worth was confirmed at $1.6 billion, surpassing Rihanna.
She does not, however, hold the overall title among musicians, which belongs to Jay-Z, whose net worth currently stands at $2.8 billion.
Forbes previously noted that Swift was “the first musician to make the billionaires rankings primarily based on her songs and performances,” a distinction that sets her apart even within that exclusive society.
With her wedding to Travis Kelce on the horizon and a new song, I knew it, I knew youwhich is scheduled for release on June 5 as part of the Toy Story 5 soundtrack, Swift shows no signs of slowing down, financial or creative.
